What form of ID do I need to have?
California Driver's License
California DMV identification Card
Valid out-of-state Driver's License
Military ID (must contain a, Photogragh, Signature, Physical description, Serial number)
Passport
If you do not have one of the above forms of ID, please advise when scheduling your appointment to discuss alternative ways to establish your identity.
Document Requirements?
All documents must be printed and legible, Ink bleeds and faded ink is not acceptable to state standards.
All documents must be complete. If you present a document for notarization, and it is found to be incomplete or is without a doubt on its face incomplete, I must refuse to notarize the document. (Government Code section 8205).
Notary does not provide printing services (except for Loan Signings).
